1.) POSITON: Architect (Drafter)
JOB TYPE: Full time
JOB LEVEL: Intermediate
LOCATION: Phnom Penh
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lay out plan using Automated Computer Drafting (CAD) computer or software.
Manage and prepare well for construction site visit and check on construction progress with proper working report.
Ensures technician compliance with design specification.
Coordinate and inspect the work of technician on the construction sites, solve problem that occurs during the construction process.
Check sizes, quantity and description of materials to be used.
Analyze the problem on the plan and reports it to management for revision

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2 – 3 years working experience as an Architect (Drafter).
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD or be able to us 2D, 3D Max, Sketch up, Google sketch-up, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office .
Has good communication skills, friendly and a welcoming person.
Ability to change direction in response to a fast-paced and busy working environment.
Good behavior, hardworking, flexible, honest and self-motivated.
Has an ability to work under pressure and a good team player.
Good in listening, speaking and writing skill in English (Chinese is a plus).

2.) POSITON: Shop Seller
JOB TYPE: Full time
JOB LEVEL: Intermediate
LOCATION: Phnom Penh
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cheerfully work with customers and show pleasant dispositions.
Give answers to customers’ questions or concerns related to the product they are charged to sell and demonstrate good knowledge of the product.
Communicate and assist customers in any way possible and as the customers may require.
Deal with customer’s complaints professionally.
Report sales accurately.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Cambodian national
Female with pleasing personality, friendly and a welcoming person.
Has at least 1 year working experience as a Shop Seller.
Knowledgeable MS Office.
Ability to change direction in response to a fast-paced and busy working environment.
Good behavior, hardworking, flexible, honest and self-motivated.
Has an ability to work under pressure and a good team player.
Good in listening, speaking and writing skill in English.
Speaking Chinese is a plus.

3.) POSITON: Stock Controller
JOB TYPE: Full time
JOB LEVEL: Intermediate
LOCATION: Phnom Penh
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining accurate record of inventory: Daily Stock Activity ( Stock-in and Stock-out ) Record.
Supervises the maintenance of warehouses and storerooms.
Ensures proper and safe arrangements of stocks.
Checks stocks received from suppliers are adequate and in good condition.
Prepares proper report in case of damaged stocks or any issues that arises during receiving and delivering of items.
Ensures stocks are adequate for daily company operations.
Preparing monthly Stock Inventory Report.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Have at least 1 – 2 years working experience with Stock Control or on any related field.
Knowledgeable MS Office.
Has good communication skills, friendly and a welcoming person.
